What do they do?
The ITIG provides systems administration support to ITEE's staff and students and the 1000+ computers in GP South, Axon, Hawken and Building 54. We also support CSSIP's IT, servers for the Software Verification Research Center and the Information Environments program (which is based at both St Lucia and UQ Ipswich campuses). This includes general IT help desk support, IT specification and procurement, hardware deployment and maintenance, warranty claims, asset management, project management etc. Below is some of the hardware we look after (the bulk of which has been deployed in the past 2 years).
