Quite a few people have been experiencing random "Unknown Error" and "Memory Errors" whilst using Adobe Illustrator CS3 in the ITEE iMac Labs in 78-108, and 78-207.
These errors have been fixed by changing Adobe Illustrator's Primary Scratch Disk to TEMP, and Secondary Scratch Disk to MACINTOSH HD
To find these options, Click on Illustrator, Preferences, then Plug-ins & Scratch Disk
